We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about purchases before products leave the factory or are shipped. We accept order cancellations. If your order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.

The responsibility that return money：

You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order. Orders older than 30 days will not be processed

Buyers responsibility：

Due to the subjective reasons of refund, such as the buyer no longer likes to change his mind and buy the wrong style, you need to send the product back yourself. In addition, we need to charge a supplementary fee of 15% of the amount of your order and a shipping fee.Total refund =(order amount - supplementary fee - freight).

The seller responsibility：

The parcel was damaged and lost in transit. The product did not conform to the description. The seller is responsible for the wrong goods.Total refund = order amount (you still need to send back the package yourself).

Please contact us before you decide to return the goods. Please send an email to: customer@igardener.fr . Upon receipt of your request, we will send the return address to your mailbox.The postage generated by your return express will be borne by you.
